From our host: Beginning January 6th, 2017 we will be transitioning off of our existing core switch and replacing it with a pair of newer, faster, and more versatile switches in preparation for additional planned upgrades and service offerings in 2017.

During the transition, some customers may notice short periods of increased latency as traffic shifts and routing converges. However, we expect the impact to be minimal, and do not expect any downtime until the final cutover.

We have scheduled two windows for this cutover. One for Friday night / Saturday morning at 12:01am, and the second for Saturday night / Sunday morning at 12:01am. (Eastern Time) In either case, we do not expect more than 5-10 minutes of downtime for that transition.
